Minister: Russian metals firms redirect exports to Turkey, China

MOSCOW, Dec 26 (PRIME) -- Russian metals companies are working to redirect their exports with the priority destinations being China, Turkey, the CIS countries, and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov said on Monday.

“Under sanctions, the markets of Turkey, China, the EAEU, the CIS, the countries of Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia become priority destinations for our supplies. Our companies are already working on redirection of exports with the help of trade representation offices,” he said during a meeting of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin with his deputies.

“We will revise our support measures for logistics in the framework of the national project.”
